Jos189 is more than just an ordinary gaming platform. We are a Malaysian gaming community built on trust, security, and genuine fun — with full 24/7 support, seven days a week.
Jos189 was established with one clear goal — to deliver an online gaming experience that truly meets the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We recognised that many local players had encountered problems with overseas platforms that lacked an understanding of local culture, used complicated payment methods, or provided customer support that was difficult to follow.
As a platform built with a deep understanding of the Malaysian market, jos189 features a user-friendly interface, Bahasa Malaysia support, and local payment methods such as DuitNow, FPX, and Touch 'n Go eWallet — all within one seamlessly integrated, easy-to-use platform.
More than just providing games, we are committed to building a lasting relationship with every member. Player trust is our most valuable asset, and we work hard every day to ensure the experience you enjoy at jos189 is the very best.

Jos189 was born from the recognition that Malaysian players deserve more than just an ordinary gaming platform. Since we first began operations in 2018, we have built a reputation as one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia — not through empty promises, but through concrete actions and a verifiable track record.
When we first launched jos189, our founding team consisted of individuals who were avid players themselves and understood firsthand what truly matters from a player's perspective. They knew how frustrating it feels when winnings can't be withdrawn quickly, how difficult it is to communicate with customer support in a foreign language, and how crucial trust is when choosing a platform to play on.
Behind jos189's clean and user-friendly interface lies a sophisticated technology infrastructure. Our servers run on a cloud computing system capable of handling hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without disruption or lag. Every financial transaction is processed through encrypted channels and monitored in real time.
The jos189 game management system is integrated with over 50 of the world's leading game software providers, allowing us to offer a constantly updated game collection featuring the latest and most popular titles. The HTML5 technology used ensures all games run smoothly on laptops, tablets, and smartphones without the need to install any additional plugins.
One of jos189's biggest advantages over other international platforms is its full support for local Malaysian payment methods. We understand that financial convenience is an essential part of an enjoyable gaming experience.
Supported Payment Methods: Jos189 supports DuitNow Transfer, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and manual bank transfer for high-value transactions.
Deposits at jos189 can be completed in under two minutes, while withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. This is among the fastest withdrawal processing times in Malaysia's online gaming industry, and it is one of the things our members praise most consistently.
More than just a gaming platform, jos189 is a vibrant and thriving community. With over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns — jos189 has become the gathering place for Malaysian players who share a common passion.
The jos189 community actively shares gaming tips, celebrates big wins and supports one another in our forums and community groups. Our VIP program is specially designed to reward loyal members who have been with jos189 for the long haul, with exclusive benefits that grow with each membership tier.
We at jos189 take our responsibility towards player well-being seriously. Online gaming should be an enjoyable source of entertainment, and we want to ensure it stays that way for every one of our members. That is why we provide a range of self-control tools that allow players to better manage their gaming habits.
Through the Responsible Gaming with us, players can set daily or monthly deposit limits, restrict their playing time, or request a temporary self-exclusion if needed. Our support team is also trained to identify signs of problem gaming and provide appropriate assistance to players who require it.
Important Notice: Online gaming at jos189 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Please play responsibly and within your means. If you need assistance, contact our support team at any time.
The jos189 journey is far from over. We are in the process of expanding our game portfolio with exciting new innovative titles, improving the speed and reliability of our withdrawal system, and launching new community programmes that will deliver even greater value to our loyal members.
Our vision for the next five years is to become the number one online gaming platform in Malaysia — not just in terms of user numbers, but in customer satisfaction, trust, and technological innovation. Every day, the dedicated jos189 team works tirelessly to turn this vision into reality.
